What does the Expenses module do?
• Create and categorize expenses with amount, date, vendor, and notes • Attach expenses to loads, dispatches, drivers, tractors, or trailers • Include expenses in payables so vendor and carrier payments reflect true costs • Automatically (or manually if you prefer) export expenses to QuickBooks for clean, consistent accounting • Admins can manage permissions in User Settings.
