Here is how it works:
1. Upload a PDF or Image
Drag and drop a document (PDF, photo, or scanned image) into Diesel TMS.
2. Diesel TMS Parses the Details
Diesel TMS uses Diesel TMS to read and interpret the file, extracting key data such as:
• Shipper and consignee information
• Pickup and delivery locations
• Dates and times
• Equipment and accessorials
• Rates and key terms
3. Review the Parsed Data
You see a clean summary inside Diesel TMS, mapped to the fields you already know: customer, lanes, stops, charges, and more.
4. Create a Quote With One Click
Happy with what you see? Click one button and Diesel TMS automatically creates a Quote for a Load or Dispatch using the parsed data.
