Your account will remain open in Free (Ad-Supported) mode unless you specifically request that it be disabled or closed.
After receiving your refund request, we will inform you of our refund decision within 7 business days (depending on the request method). Please allow 7-14 business days from the date of your refund request to receive your refund.
Partial Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
We reserve the right to reduce the amount of your refund due to any processing fees associated with the transaction.
